Send your tax-exemption certificate with the order. W-8BEN-E is the form for the Czech company. W-9 is the form for the US company. The form matches the company on the invoice.

Q: Are you a TAA-compliant supplier?

Prusa and Prusa USA are a TAA-compliant supplier. That is the position for GSA and US federal procurement, including purchase orders and tax-exempt accounts. Section 889 and FY2026 Section 849 are under Buying in the United States.

Section 889 (FY2019 NDAA) is the US federal rule on certain telecommunications and video surveillance equipment. A representation is available for a federal purchase.

FY2026 NDAA Section 849 bars the Department of Defense from procuring or operating additive manufacturing systems that are manufactured in, have software developed in, or are networked through China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea. The prohibition is expected around December 2026.
